ASSESSMENTS

How do assessments work?

You would be referred by a GP, Case Manager or Therapist to attend the retreat and H+H would then organise a ZOOM call with you at a suitable time, to gauge more information about you and to see if this program would be suitable.

COST

Do I need to pay to come to the retreat?

The full cost is $300 per person and the reduced cost/cost for those facing financial hardship is $200 with payment arrangements available.

COUNSELLORS

Can you help me find a counsellor post retreat?

If you don't have a therapist or counsellor, then you can find information about getting support here.

CANCELLATION

What if I have to cancel?

Let us know ASAP if you need to cancel your spot and we can put you on the list for the next retreat.

TRANSPORT

How can I get to the retreat?

It is your responsibility to organise transport to and from the retreat. You can drive, take a train and uber or get someone to drive you.

 

The location is approximately 1 hour from Sydney and we will provide those exact details once you have been confirmed to attend.

ROOMS

Where will I sleep?

The comfortable rooms house 2 people and you have your own bathroom.

All bedding is provided. There is a wardrobe for clothing and heating.

WHAT TO BRING

What should I bring  to the retreat?

A journal and pen for writing.

Comfortable clothes to do yoga, bushwalking and swimmers to use the pool and jacuzzi.

A yoga mat if you have one.

Ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Toiletries and any prescribed medication.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

What can't I bring?

Partners, pets, children, alcohol or drugs.
